You’ve got questions. We’ve got you.
The helpful bits, all in one spot, so you can get back to your day. We answer regarding on shipping, returns, and features, explained simply.
General
Is this backpack only for babies?
Not at all. It works as an everyday carry long after the nappy years — the interior dividers come out, so it packs like a normal backpack.
Will it suit both parents?
Yes. The straps adjust across a wide range and the colourway is deliberately neutral, so it doesn’t read as one parent’s bag.
Does it look like a “baby bag”?
No. From the outside it reads as a clean, structured backpack — the baby-specific storage is all internal.
How much can it hold?
Enough for a full day out: changes of clothes, bottles, snacks, a change mat and your own essentials, with a padded laptop sleeve.
Is it worth it for one bag?
It replaces the nappy bag, the day bag and the travel carry-on, so most families find it’s the only bag they reach for.
Care and Usage
How do I clean the backpack?
Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and mild soap, then air dry. Spot-clean the lining the same way.
Can I machine wash it?
We don’t recommend it — machine washing can damage the structure and the water-resistant finish.
How do I pack it for quick access?
Keep changes in the side pocket and bottles in the insulated sleeve, so the main compartment stays for the bigger items.
Will this work for long carries?
Yes. The load sits close to your back with postpartum-safe weight distribution, so longer walks stay comfortable.
Does it work for travel days?
It fits most carry-on size limits and slides over a suitcase handle via the back strap.
